An upgrade to 8.1.6 may be worthwhile as there are a lot of new feature in 8i, many of them aimed at warehouses. It depends how many of the new features have been enhanced since 8.1.5 as, in our experience, 8.1.5 is seriously buggy and most of the new features failed to work satisfactorily.
