CPU-usage Intelligent Agent for Oracle8.0.5

When I start the Intelligent Agent (Rs/6000-F50, AIX4.3, Oracle 8.0.5) the
CPU-usage goes from 0-5 to 100%



sar -u reports:



%sys=50%

%usr=50%

%idle=0%

%wio=0%




Is this normal? I think this has a great influence on the performance.
