with oracle u need sqlnet.. if u r using odbc which I think u r,
get an odbc driver for oracle as for local database... use the odbc
drivers if u can..
but storing data on a localdatabase can be done more effectively if you
can create a link from your local database to oracle database... no
need for a program ...
