Shifting data to new server O7.3

Hi,

Using Oracle 7.3 on WinNT
I want to shift data (300+MB) to a new server and also change location of tables within tablespaces (to put on different medias)

what is the best way to achieve it if I do not have the SQLs used to create tables

Also is CLUSTER advised on large master-detail tables
