Yet another ORA-07279 semaphore problem

Ok, here's the deal.  I'm running 8.0.5 on a Sun
Solaris box used for development.  I have three
databases on this box.  The problem:  I can only
run one db at a time.  As soon as I try to start
up a 2nd one in server manager, I get:



ORA-07279:  Unable to get first semaphore set.
SVR4 Error:  No space left on device
