What should I install on a Windows 98 computer?

I have all the current CD packs and I want to have a database and sample
data and the developer programs and sql*plus. I will use for learning
oracle. Please advise what cd's and programs to get the best collection
for learning on 1 computer. There are over 60 cd's and it is very
confusing to determine what is the best to use.
