Problem1: well, so what?
Problem2: not sure what you mean; the control file "TERMINATED BY EOF" works for BLOB; the sqlldr data file uses comma (or anything you want) as field delimiter, having nothing to do with the ascii characters inside jpeg Problem3: you're on your own; write PL/SQL to do it
