This is one of those cases where you need to take a step back from believing every comment and hint you've ever heard, and
think about real numbers.

You are worried because you have 3 redo
copy latch gets which missed - but in the same report you have

        184,000 redo allocation latch gets and

        143,000 'nowait' redo copy latch gets.

How much of a difference to performance is it going to make that 3 redo-related latch gets out of over 300,000 missed ?

So step one is to be suspicious of anything that tells you to feel worried.

The actual answer to your question is -
don't worry, it is very common for 'willing to wait' redo copy latch gets to (a) be low in number and (b) miss a large fraction of
the time.
