8.1.6 Solaris problem

I just installed Oracle 8.1.6 on Solaris. The Enerprise manager is installed as part of the Oracle installation. oemapp is there and runable, but no repository. Looked at the Enterprise Manager 2.1 documentation. It says to run emca on Solaris. That file does not exist on the system.

Any help would be appreciated.
