Locally Managed Tablespaces - can I view the bitmap ?

I am investigating the use of Locally Managed Tablespaces, ans was wondering
if there is any way to view the bitmap to see what is going on.  I know with
DD managed tablespaces, you can get an idea of growth by looking at UET$ and
FET$, but how are you supposed to look at this with a Locally Managed
Tablespace ?  Maybe you're not...
