dbms_job problem, not running, status normal

Hi there

Got a multimaster replication envirment.

the job package is used to push transactions across using a scheduled link.

the job status is normal.

but not running.

tried to remove the scheduled link and recreate. the system refuses to do this.

I need to get the replication process back.

any ideas ??
