I have install it Seccessful, And no any Error; after restart computer, I startup the database, for a while, it tell me ORA-1103 error, and shutdown database automatic.

the database name is "oracle"
SID is "ORCL"
then I try to change database name and sid, but it always tell me ORA-1103.

Please help me!
