Well, your list kind of confirms what I thought -this facility is not the world's most useful!! Thanks for the clarification.

Maybe there's a difference between 'create...online' and 'rebuild...online'. It's just that the training materials for the 'rebuild...online' specifically state that it wasn't available in 8.0. I'll bow to your thinking on the 'create' option.
