Another vote for unix, NT 4.0 won't run it. 2000 may if you get gigs of memory and 8+ CPU's but I doubt it.

We had a quad processor, 4GB memory NT 4 box with 100+ users, it was buried all the time. We're now running on an 8 CPU HP9000 N class with 4GB of memory with 200+ users and it's fine.
