Large web site infrastructure

We are in the infrastructure design phase of a large website that needs to
handle 1 million unique users per month.  Can anyone share with me some
information to compare between Windows DNA and Oracle Internet Platform?
How about Coldfusion vs Oracle Application Server?  We would love to hear
some case study examples and pros and cons of these technologies.  Thanks.
