The easiest way I can think of is:
Create a new database with the name and parameters you want. Do an export on the databse you want to copy. (I go by user and skip SYS & SYSTEM, but you could do full=y) Import the dump file into your new database and verify.

There are other ways, like making a trace copy of your controlfile and modifying it, but that is more involved.
