Oracle 8.1.6 Inteligent Agent on Linux RH 6.2

Hi citizen!
I have a problem with Oracle 8.1.6 Inteligent Agent on RedHat Linux 6.2. It starts right. But Enterprise Manager Console 2.1 during discovering get an error VNI-4002. Dicission of this error is "Contact Oracle Support". Could anybody use this feature?
