Oracle Forms and Reports 6i Install Problems

Currently running 8.1.6 R2 and OEM 2 on O/S WIN2000.



When attempting to intall Oracle Forms and Reports 6i.  I get the following
prompt "C:\Oracle\Ora81", is already used as a Oracle home for "Oracle 816
Production".  It cannot be used as Orcle home for NT.



Please give me detail instructions to run all three applications on my
machine.
