Re: Trouble logging into OEM (newbie)

I solved the similar problem on NT by checking the "status of the Oracle Management
Server" as the error message suggests. To do this:

1. Go to : Start > Settings > Control Panel > Services
2. See if "OracleOraHome81ManagementServer" status is "started"
3. If not, select "OracleOraHome81ManagementServer" and click start button.
4. You can also switch between Manual and Automatic startup by clicking on the Startup button.
