I'm often getting


ORA-01002: fetch out of sequence



issuing very simple copy from commands



attempting to copy a table to the same table in a different schema




Any ideas what can cause this ?



Does it mean the indices are corrupt ?



Does it mean that you cannot run copy from unless you disable
indices of the target table ?
