How to set PROCESSES parameter?

What should be considered when setting the PROCESSES paramter in init.ora? The default is 200, but -

Aside from the number of server processes and background processes, what other processes need to be taken into account?

Lets say I know for sure that I will have 80 user connections max, and 10 background processes, that's 90, but I suspect there are more things I am not taking into account.
