Re: Metalink - anyone still work there?! Anybody else given horrible service?

I did not have trouble with my CSI, and when I asked a question in one of the forums, I got a reply the next day.
It sounds like metalink may not be receiving CSI updates, Do you have an account rep for your company that you can call?
