Hi Greg,
Dont feel bad. I had the same experience with Oracle/Metalink support. It took me about a month to set everything up. They never return your phone calls. I had to go through 4 different sales support personel to get my CSI number. Once instant, I was put on hold for more than an hour. Hang in there, you'll get your semi oracle support soon enough even though you paid for the premium support. S.
