Re: Oracle DBA Experience (need for)

I know personally of an individual that spent a 1/2 year in training in order to get her OCP. Has no experience and no job. Read a post on one of the newsgroups from some guy in Chicago whose recruiter has seven resumes from similar people. It happens more than one would like to think.
