Problem with end comunication chanel

I have many Oracle's errors on alert file, this errors (ORA-00600
with ORA-03113) causes an end comunication chanel. Please any suggest to
repair this problem. Oh, i work with Oracle 8.0.5.2.1 over IBM's AIX
unix servers.
