Oracle 8i Intermedia CTX problem

I hv Oracle 8i on Solaris. Two instances of of databases are running, intermedia is working fine with one instance, but not with other instance.

It is failing in creating the index.

I am using the command ( create index myindex on docs(text) indextype is ctxsys.context;)

ORA-29855: error occurred in the execution of ODCIINDEXCREATE routine
ORA-20000: interMedia Text error:
DRG-12504: stoplist CTXSYS.DEFAULT_STOPLIST does not exist

ORA-06512: at "CTXSYS.DRUE", line 126
ORA-06512: at "CTXSYS.TEXTINDEXMETHODS", line 54
ORA-06512: at line 1

When i am trying to create index i am getting the above error.

But this is working fine with other instance, any help in this issue is highly appreciated.
