IndexType problem

I try to create a new indextype



 I was create components for indextype (implimentation type, operators,
functions) step by step and when I try to create indextype Oracle raise error



 "wrong number or types of arguments in call to ODCIGETINTERFACES"



 Can anybody help me ???
