View too big!!!

db block size =16K



Issue: I have a view which has over 650 columns in it. Even with the
view empty, when I try the following statement - "select * from
view_name" from SQL plus or from my ORacle reports interface, my
connection to Oracle is terminated.



Please help!!!!!!
