Hello Antoanete,

 I think I've got a similar error once.
 As far as I can remember this was related to a wrong  OEM configuration (The database for the OEM-repository was not  set up correctly.)
 In any case you can also try to start the Management server  from the command line -> oemctrl start oms. Than you'll have the  error messages printed to the console.
 Unfortunately I'm not in front of my regular computer but I remember  that there should also be a *.log file somewhere (maybe under directory oms)

 Anyway you should run the OEM configuration assistant again to set up  your repository correctly.
