Lets see. First of all, you need to create a user and give that user whatever privileges you want it to have. Of course, you will need to sign on as system or sys to create this user. Once you create the user, sign back on as that user. Hopefully you know the syntax to create users. While creating a user, this is where you will set your default tablespace as well as your temporary tablespace. After that, each table that you create, will default to the default tablespace you created when you created the user. Of couse, you must be signed on to the user if u want that user to own the tables. There are other ways you can have a user to own a table but, this is the easiest. Hope this helps.
