I have a cheezy script for this at http://www.sofbot.com/ ugly_DDL is the script which uses Oracle utilities exp, imp, and ksh and awk. It can be ported to NT with gawk and Cygnus tools.

There is a perl version listed in the OraMag tips and code. which uses Oracle exp, imp and perl to do about the same thing and can probably port to NT

Oracle marketing has seen it fit to create the Black Hole of data, only goes in, nothing comes out unless you buy a $50,000 Oracle Designer license.

ERWIN or some of the other RDBMS design tools will reverse engineer the database too. And have the advantage of translating to other RDBMS (like Sybase or Informix).
