Memory Requirements for Oracle 8.1.6 on Solaris Platform

I need to purchase a new Sun machine to run Oracle 8.1.6 for about 60 users.
The old Solaris machine (2 RISC chips) has ~700 megs of memory running
Oracle 7.3.



 Any recommendations for minimum memory vs. reasonable memory? How about
processors?
