Solaris7, Oracle 8.1.6 and DBD::Oracle

Hello!

I have patched my Solaris7 with "recommended patchset" and installed additional patches mentioned in the Oracle install manual. Patching went smooth except the fact what I was not able to install 107607-01: I already had patch 107081-01 installed, and it makes 107607-01 obsolete. So, Oracle is installed, DB is running, I'm able to connect to it via SQL*Net... However, when I'm trying to compile DBD::Oracle, it fails on tests:
You must install a Solaris patch to run this version of the Java runtime.
But I have already done that! I suspect what somewhere in JRE1.1.8, which comes with the Oracle, is hardcoded list of required patches. So it is not able to find that damned 107607-01... What shall I do? Try to install somehow that obsolete patch? Patch JRE? Something else?...

WBR, Andrew
