For version 8.1.5

Max files = 65535. If you create the database with a smaller MAXDATAFILES, then you will have to recreate the control file.

Individual file: 128 Gb - roughly 4M blocks x 32K, but I suggest you limit a tablespace to fitting on a single DLT for administrative convenience.
