Question on package

Hi dudes,

I have an question on Oracle. In Oracle Finantials we can make an restriction ussing the package DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO to permit that an user can see the records on tables. If we execute the line:

DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO.Set_Client_Info(vOperUnit),

where vOperUnit is the id from any user, then the user identified by vOperUnit can see the records on tables ... the question is ... How works the package DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO?.
