Hi,

I think you're having problems with your installation. Look in the registry under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE
and under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\ALL_HOMES\DEFAULT_HOME if it points to directories which don't exist ...

... assuming you are using WIN/NT
