Multiple Homes and CONNECT

I have two (Oracle 8.1) Oracle Homes on my system, and I'm having trouble connecting to the second one in Server Manager. I haven't yet disabled any of the default user IDs. For the first Oracle Home, I can connect with

connect interal/oracle_at_oracle

For the second Oracle Home, I have an instance with an SID of Two, so I tried

connect interna/oracle_at_two

But this didn't work. Is there some special syntax trick for making this connection?
