I am also working on those kind of things. I got oracle 816 OiD and iPlanet iD installed. I plan to transfer user information between those two and also win2000 Active Directory. I think you are doing the same thing with me.

But I do have some problems and concerns which you may had same thing occur later on:

1. Those three LDAP can be syn replicated or partially?
2. How to use the LDAP to control all different exciting client/server and extranet application.
3. I am also facing human resource problem on developing client application for LDAP.
4. Both product is very complex inside.
5. If you using hp-ux, make sure you can get digital certification support on both product. Otherwise, you will lose security focus on LDAP.
