HELP: libobk.a not found/empty while installing 8.1.5 on AIX

During the installation of Oracle 8.1.5 on AIX system
we got some warnings "libobk.a is empty".
libobk.a is a link to libdsbtsh8.a, which really is empty.



Proceeding the installation by akknowledging the warnings
causes ORA-12547 "partner unexpectedly gone" in a step,
that tries to shutdown abort the database with svrmgrl.



Can anyone help me?
