8.1.6/HP-UX 11.0 JVM - out of proc memory

I am trying to install 8.1.6 on HP-UX 11.0. I am running the JVM installscript initjvm.sql from svrmgrl. It processes for approx. one hour and thenI get the following error:

It anyone has any advice on why this is happening, that would be great.
