SERVICE_NAME and SID can't be resolved

When I use net8 assistant to configure service naming, when I test
service, it failed:



ORA12514: TNS: listener couldn't resolve SERVICE_NAME given in context
descriptor.



When I use omca to setup repository for enterprise manager, it said:


>>>Connection failed



 >>>Reason: SID given in connect descriptor could not be resolved.



Help me please!
