can replication reflect the change of structure?

Hi, guys, We have database servers on two sites, one is main, another is supposed to be sync frequently. Can we use replication to do that? If so, does it reflect the change of database object structure? E.G., if I modify a table structure in the main database, will another database be modified too? Thanks in advance. Kevin
