SQL Server has a component called DTS which will do this quite easily.
Oracle provides something called Migration Workbench (downloadable from technet) which allows you to build a model in Oracle of what your data looks like, and check datatype conversion errors, etc and then pull that in.
I vote for DTS though, its got an easy to use interface and if you just want to do a quick and dirty export or import, it'll meet your needs.
