Hello,



I am installing the Oracle Developer 2000 (Ver 2.1) to my Personal Oracle
8.0.3. But the Developer fail to connect to my Oracle.
Do I need to configure/chanfe the setting in the TNSNAEMS.ORA , LISTENER.ORA
or SQLNET.ORA ? Please advise.
