listener problems

We have set-up 2 seperate databases on our 8i server. The connections
to the first one work fine, but the second one keeps on giving a 'TNS:
no listener' error.


I have configured the listener.ora file to recognize the second DB also
but I keep getting this error.



Any help would be much appreciated.
