Jim,

I'm seeing the same thing, when I run dbassist to create a database on a server running RH 6.1. This after successfully installing 8i & a database using dbassist on my RH 6.1 laptop partition. I'm going to retrace my steps to try and find out what I did differently. I'll let you know how it goes.
