Look at www.bestbookbuys.com. It will search a bunch of on-line booksellers and present you a list, ordered from cheapest to most expensive. Amazon and BN are always towards the expensive end of the list. I just bought a Java Certification book for $31 (varsitybooks.com) that was $45 at amazon.
