Does Oracle SQL Have TOP Keyword?

SQL Server's version of SQL has a TOP keyword that can be used with a SELECT
statement to limit the number of rows returned.  For example, you can query
the top 5 rows.  Does Oracle SQL have such an extension?  TIA for any
assistance.
