oas 4 install issue

I have just installed oas 4. When I try to open a default html page I get:

The request did not specify a valid virtual host.

What is the proper virtual host?

I tried the host.domain:8888 as per the install instructions but that returns the same error.

I can get to and open the admin page at host:8888 but the www listener and admin listener options return the same error messages.

Any ideas?
