SCSI is a bus so there is no problem having more than one host connecetd to it, thats not new. But managing a single file system with 2 OS withouth record locking mechanism common to both will end up with corrupt FS. What you need is CXFS with proprer hardware (fibrechannel) to do what you want and you will be able to mount FS on both. About Oracle,as you say another question...
